Payment Policy

• To confirm your luxury Kenya safari or African safari tour, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of your booking proposal.

  The remaining balance can be paid through a flexible structured payment plan, subject to agreement with Entice Africa Safaris Limited.

  • Bookings made within 60 days of travel require full payment at confirmation
  • Final balance must be paid at least 60 days before the travel date

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our safari cancellation policy is structured as follows:

• 91 days or more before travel – 30% deposit is non-refundable
• 90–60 days before travel – 50% of total cost is non-refundable
• 59–31 days before travel – 75% of total cost is non-refundable
• 30 days or less before travel – 100% of total cost is non-refundable

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Changes to Booking

• Any changes to travel dates, itinerary, or guest details may incur additional charges.

• All modification requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

Travel Insurance

• Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

  This should cover:

  • Trip cancellations
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel delays or interruptions
  • Loss or damage of baggage

Liability

• Entice Africa Safaris Limited shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Airline disruptions

Health & Safety

• Guests are required to comply with all local health and safety regulations during their safari.

• Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
