To confirm your luxury Kenya safari or African safari tour, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of your booking proposal.
The remaining balance can be paid through a flexible structured payment plan, subject to agreement with Entice Africa Safaris Limited.
Bookings made within 60 days of travel require full payment at confirmation
Final balance must be paid at least 60 days before the travel date
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our safari cancellation policy is structured as follows:
91 days or more before travel – 30% deposit is non-refundable
90–60 days before travel – 50% of total cost is non-refundable
59–31 days before travel – 75% of total cost is non-refundable
30 days or less before travel – 100% of total cost is non-refundable
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Changes to Booking
Any changes to travel dates, itinerary, or guest details may incur additional charges.
All modification requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
This should cover:
Trip cancellations
Medical emergencies
Travel delays or interruptions
Loss or damage of baggage
Liability
Entice Africa Safaris Limited shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Airline disruptions
Health & Safety
Guests are required to comply with all local health and safety regulations during their safari.
Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
