Day 01 :

Arrival in Tanzania – Welcome to the Land of Safari Legends

Upon your arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by a friendly representative from More Africa Travel Ltd, your hosts for this extraordinary journey through the wild heart of Tanzania. After a brief introduction and a refreshing welcome, you will be transferred in comfort to your elegant base for the night, Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha. Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru with breathtaking views of its slopes, the hotel offers a tranquil atmosphere to relax and recover from your flight. You will enjoy the cool evening breeze, lush tropical gardens, and the rich aroma of Tanzanian coffee as you settle into your room. Into the Wild – Tarangire National Park Adventure

After a sumptuous breakfast, you will check out and set off on an exhilarating journey to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem of Tanzania and home to the country’s largest elephant herds. As you enter the park, you will be greeted by sweeping savannahs dotted with ancient baobab trees, their massive silhouettes standing proudly against the horizon. Throughout your full-day game drive, you will witness an astonishing diversity of wildlife herds of elephants dust bathing, lions lazing under acacia trees, and perhaps even the elusive leopard perched on a branch. Tarangire is known for its life-giving river that draws in animals from miles around, especially during the dry season. You will stop for a scenic picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your exploration into the afternoon. As the golden light of sunset paints the landscape, you will make your way to Tarangire Greenland Retreat, where a warm welcome, a delicious dinner, and a peaceful night under the African sky await.

Day 03 :

Exploring the Secrets of Tarangire – Elephant Haven

You will begin the day with an early breakfast before heading back into Tarangire for another thrilling full-day adventure. Today, you will dive deeper into the park’s heart, following game trails that lead you closer to nature’s drama. You will marvel at the sight of massive elephant families with tiny calves in tow, giraffes stretching for the highest leaves, and wildebeest herds grazing alongside zebras in perfect harmony. Bird lovers will be enchanted by the vibrant spectacle of over 500 recorded species — from lilac-breasted

rollers to giant hornbills. Your guide will share fascinating insights about the park’s ecosystem and the intricate balance of life within it. Day 04 :

Journey to the Serengeti – Through the Cradle of Humankind

After breakfast, you will bid farewell to Tarangire and embark on a scenic drive towards the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, passing through the magnificent Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you will enjoy a captivating en-route game drive, spotting animals as the landscapes change from lush highlands to vast open plains. By afternoon, you will arrive in the Serengeti, a name that means “endless plains” in the Maasai language and truly, the horizon seems to stretch forever. The Serengeti is the stage for the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras traverse the land in search of fresh grazing. During this calving season, you will have a front-row seat to one of nature’s greatest spectacles: thousands of newborn wildebeest taking their first steps as predators lurk nearby. Early morning game drives will reveal lions on the hunt, cheetahs sprinting through the grass, and perhaps a rare glimpse of a leopard descending from its perch. During this calving season, over half a million wildebeest are born within a few weeks, attracting predators in breathtaking displays of the circle of life. Your expert guide will position you for unforgettable photographic moments the tender bond between mother and calf, the thunder of hooves as herds move across the plains, and the quiet beauty of the landscape glowing under the African sun. After breakfast, you will check out and head towards the Ndutu area of the Ngorongoro Conservation, another hotspot of the calving season. As you travel, you will enjoy an en- route game drive, witnessing ever-changing scenery and perhaps catching sight of Maasai herders moving with their cattle across the land. Upon arrival at Nyikani Tented Camp Ndutu, you will settle in before heading out for an afternoon drive. Ndutu is the heart of the wildebeest calving grounds, and during February, this landscape transforms into a nursery for new life a truly moving sight. Here, you will witness predators in action, dramatic chases, and intimate wildlife behavior rarely seen elsewhere. After a thrilling day, you will return to camp for a cozy dinner under a sky ablaze with stars.

Day 09 :

Ngorongoro Crater – The Eighth Wonder of the World

After breakfast, you will journey to the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Descending 600 meters to the crater floor, you will enter an ecosystem teeming with wildlife lions, elephants, rhinos, hippos, and countless flamingos shimmering across the soda lake. You will enjoy a picnic lunch beside the water, surrounded by breathtaking views of this ancient volcanic caldera. Every moment in Ngorongoro feels like stepping into a natural amphitheater of life. Later, you will ascend the crater walls and drive to Ngorongoro Farm House, a charming lodge surrounded by lush coffee plantations.
