Safari Overview

Entice Africa Safaris Ltd. offers a 2-days, 1-night safari in the Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most famous wildlife sanctuary is the perfect place for exploring Africa’s unique, diverse wildlife. Overall, the weather is very comfortable and rain happens almost evenly throughout the year.
  • Day :- Nairobi – Amboseli (250 km – 4 to 5 hrs)

    Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or airport. Drive to Amboseli National park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Arriving with a short game drive at booked camp or lodge, check-in, have lunch, and a short rest. Then have an afternoon game drive at the park later. Dinner and overnight at your booked camp.

  • Day :- Full Day Amboseli

    We will set out for a full day game drive where plains game including Zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, and various antelopes can be seen. You will have lunch and leisure break at the camp then end with an evening game drive, looking out for the peak of Kilimanjaro which may be seen in clear weather from the observation hill. Large herds of elephant and hippo can be seen bathing swamp grounds whose water source is Mt. Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at your booked Lodge/ Camp.

  • Day :- Amboseli – Lake Nakuru (386 km – 6 to 7 hrs)

    Early breakfast at your lodge, after breakfast, Leave Amboseli for Nakuru arriving in time for lunch and check-in at booked camp or lodge have lunch and relax. Later afternoon game drive to see one of the largest ornithological spots, Flamingo, and a variety of wildlife not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park.

  • Day :- Lake Nakuru – Masai mara (300 km – 5 to 6 hrs)

    Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave for Lake Nakuru for Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. Check-in at booked camp or lodge and have lunch. You will proceed for an afternoon game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo, and other members of the Big five plus other animals

  • Day :- Maasai Mara National Reserve

    A full day spent viewing the great predators and explore the parks’ amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay, we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

  • Day :- Maasai Mara Game Reserve

  • Day :- Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Isebania boarder – Serengeti (350 km – 8 hrs)

    Early morning game drive and then back for breakfast. After breakfast, leave the lodge with game viewing en route to Serengeti. Upon arrival at the Isebania border, have a stopover for lunch. Here, your safari in Tanzania begins.
    We access Serengeti from the Ikoma gate and embark on a game drive en-route.

  • Day :- Serengeti National park (Full day)

    These days will be best planned between the clients and their safari guide-either choosing to embark on a full day game drives half-day or evening game in the plains of Serengeti.

    Serengeti National Park is an immense park and with its unsurpassed concentrations of wildlife and its vast endless grasslands offers the finest game viewing anywhere in Africa. The Serengeti ecosystem is one of the oldest on earth and the annual wildlife migration, the largest mass movement of land mammals on planet earth, is perhaps what makes it famous. Over a million wildebeest and zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then go west and north after the long rains in April, May, and June.

  • Day :- Serengeti/Optional Olduvai Gorge & Maasai village/Ngorongoro

    Early morning breakfast then depart for Ngorongoro conservancy with packed lunch. Game drive en-route with optional visits to Olduvai Gorge, an important archaeological site for Dr. Leakey’s.

    Area: 8,300 square kilometers / 5,175 square Miles
    This area covers the world’s largest unbroken caldera namely Ngorongoro crater and the Olduvai Gorge, where Dr. Louis Leaky discovered the origin of early man by unearthing the jaws of the Zinjanthropus man. This protected area also includes huge expanses of highlands plains and volcanoes, scrub bush, and forests where the indigenous pastoralists – Maasai people are allowed to live within its boundaries.

    The Ngorongoro Crater is a world heritage site and the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera which is often referred to as the 8th wonder of the world. The crater is 610 meters deep and 260km2. Breathtaking views of scenery and game can be witnessed from both the crater rim and within the crater floor.

  • Day :- Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara National park (80 km – 2 hrs)

    After breakfast, depart with a morning game drive for Lake Manyara with a picnic lunch. After lunch, depart for the afternoon tour of Lake Manyara National park.

    Lake Manyara National Park is a beautiful little park and is well known for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, and large troops of baboons. The park is home to an amazing variety of birds and animals considering its small size. A short visit to this serene park will greatly diversify your safari experience as the lush green jungle habitat is in stark contrast to the other parks you will visit during your safari.

    Lake Manyara, the shallow alkaline water mass named after the park, covers two-thirds of the park’s total area of 330 Kilometers square.

  • Day :- Lake Manyara to Arusha (167 km – 2 to 3 hrs)

    Enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and other variety of birdlife. Mid-morning, drive to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at JRO Airport for your flight to your next destination.
