Terms & Conditions:

The Website provides information about the Company’s products and services, including safari packages, tours, accommodation, flights, car hire, and other travel-related services (the “Services”). The Website also allows you to make inquiries and bookings for the Services. The Website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Website without the prior written consent of the Company.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Website is lawful and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are also responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the Website and that you have adequate security measures in place to protect your computer system from viruses, malware, or other harmful content.

Bookings and Payments:

  • A deposit of 50% of total safari cost is required at the time of booking confirmation and balance being payable before safari start.
  • You may also choose to pay full safari amount at booking confirmation if you prefer.
  • You may also pay on-line or locally by credit / debit card.
  • If you decide to make payments by bank / wire transfer, you are required to include bank transactional charges.

Modes of Payments:

Bank card transfers.

Online payment which attracts an additional 3% surcharge.

Cancellations:

Any safari deposit paid shall be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels and administrative costs as below:

  1. If a cancellation notification is received by Entice Africa Safaris 36 days or more prior to the commencement of a tour, a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged.
  2. If a cancellation notification is received by Entice Africa Safaris within 35 to 15 days prior to the commencement of a tour, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged.
  3. If a cancellation notification is received by Entice Africa Safaris within 14 to 6 days prior to the commencement of a tour, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
  4. If a cancellation notification is received by Entice Africa Safaris within 5 days prior to the date of commencement of a tour or no show, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
  5. Entice Africa Safaris will utilize deposits submitted to pay for such cancellation charges and will refund to the Client all unused payments.
  6. If the Client requests for an amendment for a tour EAS will endeavour to make such alterations with minimum or nil penalties, however the client will always be liable to any unavoidable subsequent amendment charges.
  7. Refunds will be done within 30 days after cancellation of the safari.

Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
