You focus on both wide landscape shots with herds of wildebeest or zebras and intimate wildlife portraits, using the morning mist and long shadows for dramatic effect. Mid-morning, return to Tipilikwani Mara Camp for a hearty breakfast and a short rest, reviewing images and recharging camera batteries. After lunch, head back into the Mara for an extended afternoon game drive, taking advantage of the rich late-afternoon light to photograph dust clouds behind running elephants, predator-prey interactions, and silhouettes against the setting sun.
As dusk falls, return to camp for dinner, sharing highlights from the day and preparing for another early day of photography in the Mara.
